Prospect Capture Co. provides custom web design, site development, website hosting, digital asset management, and concierge site maintenance ("One-Text Concierge") primarily tailored for trade contractors and local service businesses.
Demonstration Mock-ups: Any live preview links, website designs, layouts, or custom mock-ups generated by Prospect Capture Co. prior to a formal paid agreement or active subscription remain the exclusive intellectual property of Prospect Capture Co.
Unlicensed Use Prohibited: Prospective clients may not copy, duplicate, publish, extract code from, or reproduce demonstration previews or staging sites without explicit written consent or an active service agreement with Prospect Capture Co.
Client Content: Clients retain full ownership of their pre-existing trademarks, business logos, original photos, and proprietary business materials provided to us for inclusion on their websites.
Clients engaging our services are responsible for providing accurate business information (including phone numbers, licenses, service areas, and service descriptions). Prospect Capture Co. is not liable for errors or misrepresentations resulting from inaccurate details provided by the client.
Ongoing site hosting, maintenance, and text update services are provided on a recurring subscription basis as specified in your individual client service agreement.
Changes and updates submitted via text or email will be executed within reasonable turnaround times as outlined in your plan terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prospect Capture Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of site downtime, third-party hosting interruptions, unintentional error, or client business operations.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
